TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective September 4, 2026/ Its Epoxy LLC d/b/a Laster Capital/ Jacksonville, Florida
Read this part first

These Terms contain a binding arbitration clause and a class action waiver in Section 18, which change how disputes between us are resolved. They also confirm that Laster Capital does not guarantee any credit score increase, funding approval, funding amount, or interest rate. Please read them in full before engaging our services.

1. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Laster Capital website, forms, communications, consultations, educational materials, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the website, submitting a form, scheduling a consultation, or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Services. If you enter into a separate written service agreement with us, that agreement controls wherever it conflicts with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

2. WHO YOU ARE CONTRACTING WITH

"Laster Capital," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Its Epoxy LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Laster Capital. "You" and "Client" refer to the individual or business entity using the Services.

—Assistance preparing and submitting disputes of information identified as inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, through the channels provided by law
—Education and strategy regarding credit utilization, account age, credit mix, and inquiry management

—Funding readiness review, document preparation support, lender research, and application sequencing strategy

4. WHAT WE ARE NOT

This section is as important as any other. You acknowledge and agree that:

✕We are not a bank, lender, or creditor. We do not make loans, extend credit, or fund businesses with our own capital.
✕We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or representation. Nothing in the Services creates an attorney-client relationship.
✕We are not a CPA, tax advisor, or licensed financial advisor, and we do not provide tax, accounting, investment, or securities advice.
✕We do not remove accurate, current, and verifiable information from any credit report, and we will never claim to. No person or company can lawfully do so.
✕We do not create or advise the use of a new credit identity, CPN, or any number used in place of a Social Security number. Doing so is a federal crime.
✕We do not make decisions on any application. All credit and funding decisions are made solely by the third-party lender or creditor under its own criteria.

5. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

We do not guarantee, promise, warrant, or represent that you will receive any particular credit score, score increase, deletion of any item, funding approval, funding amount, interest rate, term, or timeline. Any figure, range, timeframe, example, or scenario presented on our website, in marketing materials, on a call, or in the Position Finder tool is illustrative and educational only and is not a prediction, offer, or promise of any outcome.

Results vary based on your credit history, income, revenue, documentation, time in business, industry, the accuracy of the information you provide, your own follow-through, and the independent criteria of third-party lenders. Testimonials or case examples, where used, reflect individual experiences and are not typical or promised results.

6. YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, at no cost, by contacting the consumer reporting agency directly. You do not need to pay anyone to do this. You may also obtain free copies of your credit reports as provided by federal law.

Where our Services fall within the scope of the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.) or the Florida Credit Service Organizations Act (Fla. Stat. §§ 817.7001–817.706), you will receive the separate written disclosure statement and written contract required by those laws before any services are performed, and those documents govern that portion of the engagement.

Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information cannot be permanently removed from a credit report. Be cautious of any company that tells you otherwise. If any statement made to you conflicts with this paragraph, this paragraph controls, and you should notify us immediately.

7. RIGHT TO CANCEL

For services subject to the Credit Repair Organizations Act or the Florida Credit Service Organizations Act, you may cancel your contract with us, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date you sign it. To cancel, deliver or mail a signed, dated written notice of cancellation, or a copy of the cancellation form provided with your contract, to the address in Section 2.

Cancellation and refund terms for all other Services are set out in your written service agreement or invoice. Where no other term is stated, fees for work already performed are non-refundable.

8. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

—Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information, documents, and financial figures, and promptly correct anything that changes
—Only submit information about yourself or a business you are authorized to act for
—Review every application, disclosure, and agreement before you sign or submit it, and make your own decision about whether to accept any credit offer
—Keep your own copies of all documents and safeguard your logins, credentials, and account access
—Make all payments to creditors on time; we cannot make payments on your behalf

Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination without refund, and may constitute fraud under state or federal law.

9. FEES AND PAYMENT

Fees, payment schedules, and the scope of work are stated in your written service agreement, proposal, or invoice. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for all amounts due, including any recurring amounts you have agreed to, until you cancel in accordance with your agreement.

Where required by law, no fee is charged for credit repair services until those services have been fully performed. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us to resolve a dispute are a breach of these Terms. Declined or reversed payments may result in suspension of Services.

10. THIRD-PARTY LENDERS AND SERVICES

We may identify, recommend, or refer you to third-party lenders, banks, vendors, credit issuers, software, or service providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their products, terms, rates, fees, decisions, conduct, or privacy practices. Your relationship with any third party is solely between you and that party, and is governed by their agreements.

We may receive a referral fee, commission, or other compensation from a third party when you open an account or obtain a product through our referral. This does not increase what you pay, and it does not change our obligation to recommend only what we believe fits your situation. You are never required to use any provider we mention.

11. COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT

By submitting a form or providing your phone number, you authorize Laster Capital to contact you at that number and email address, including by automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS text message, for purposes relating to your request and our Services. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS, or HELP for help. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about an active engagement. See our Privacy Policy for details.

12. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND RECORDS

You consent to conduct business electronically and agree that your electronic signature, click-acceptance, or typed name on any agreement, disclosure, authorization, or document we send you has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the federal E-SIGN Act and the Florida Uniform Electronic Transaction Act. You may request paper copies of any record at the contact information in Section 2, and you may withdraw this consent for future transactions by notifying us in writing.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content we provide — including the website, brand name, logo, written plans, frameworks, checklists, templates, recordings, and course materials — is owned by Its Epoxy LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use materials we deliver for your own business only. You may not copy, resell, republish, distribute, teach, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.

14. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use the Services to commit or facilitate fraud, misrepresent your identity, income, revenue, or business, obtain credit you do not intend to repay, evade a lawful debt, or violate any law. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the website, scrape it, or use it to transmit malicious code. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for any violation of this section.

15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided is complete, current, or applicable to your specific situation. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Its Epoxy LLC and its members, managers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the total amount you actually paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Credit Repair Organizations Act.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Its Epoxy LLC and its members, managers, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, information you provided that was false or misleading, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

18. DISPUTES AND BINDING ARBITRATION

Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at the address in Section 2 with a written description of the dispute and give us 30 days to resolve it. Most issues are solved here.

Arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Duval County, Florida, or conducted by telephone or video at your election. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Class action waiver. You and we each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information. Nothing in this section waives any right you have under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, which may not be waived.

Opt out. You may reject this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to the address in Section 2 within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and your intent to opt out. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

20. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including for non-payment, abusive conduct toward our staff, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to the cancellation terms of your agreement. Sections 4, 5, 10, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 21 survive termination.

21. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms, together with any written service agreement and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services, and supersede all prior discussions, proposals, and marketing statements. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions stay in full force.

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between us.

22. CHANGES AND CONTACT

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be posted here, and your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If you have a question about anything on this page, contact us before you engage the Services.
